FreshRoots LLC is a Chicago-based organic food delivery service operating under Illinois Department of Agriculture license #IL-ORG-2024-0842. Our produce is certified organic by Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA) under USDA National Organic Program standards.

Delivery & Availability: Service areas include Chicago and select suburbs within 20 miles of downtown. Delivery windows are between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM Tuesday through Saturday. Orders must be placed by 8:00 PM the day before your scheduled delivery. Some products may be substituted with equivalent organic items based on seasonal availability.

Pricing & Subscription: All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. The "Free Box" promotion applies to first-time customers only and covers one Harvest Box ($39 value) with the first weekly subscription order. Standard delivery fees of $4.99 apply to orders under $50. Subscription renews weekly unless skipped or canceled. You may skip or cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@freshrootschicago.com.

Terms of Service

1. Service Provider. FreshRoots LLC (2150 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL 60614) operates this website and provides organic food delivery services. By registering, you enter a binding agreement with us.

2. Subscription Terms. Your subscription renews weekly at the selected plan price. You may skip or cancel any time before 8 PM CST the day prior to delivery. Cancellations take effect after the current paid period. No refunds for skipped weeks.

3. Acceptable Use. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and use the service for personal household consumption only. Reselling is prohibited. Accounts found violating these terms may be terminated.

4. Intellectual Property. All content on this site including text, images, logos, and design is owned by FreshRoots LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability. FreshRoots LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent order. Organic certification subject to annual renewal by USDA-accredited agencies.

6. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Cook County courts.

7. Changes. We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Risk Disclosure

General Disclaimer. FreshRoots LLC provides organic food delivery services. We do not make any claims regarding health outcomes, weight loss, disease prevention, or medical benefits from consuming our products. Individual dietary results vary significantly.

Organic Certification. While all produce is sourced from USDA-certified organic farms, cross-contamination with non-organic sources may occur during transport or handling. We take reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee 100% purity.

Allergen Warning. Our facility handles common allergens including nuts, soy, dairy, and gluten. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

Delivery Risks. Delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic, or supply chain disruptions may delay delivery. We are not liable for spoilage if delivery is missed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.

Subscription Risk. Prices may change with seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. You are responsible for canceling before billing if you do not want a delivery.
